Monster Bash

Initially started for a 72-hour Jam hosted on TF2Maps.net, Monster Bash started development in the summer of 2017 as another Halloween map for Team Fortress 2. After its 72-hour origins, the map was heavily re-iterated and fleshed out to become the large, sprawling castle it is today. As a Player Destruction map, players collect custom, dropped buckets of gibs off of downed enemies to deposit into a central capture zone. Themed around several classic horror tropes ranging from Frankenstein, Dracula, and Little Shop of Horrors, Monster Bash was also a dive into asymmetrical detailing with a symmetrical layout. Along with my team of talented contributors that assisted in asset creation, I took the lead on environment art, layout, and development. In October 2018, Monster Bash was added as part of TF2's 10th Scream Fortress update.
